TurnXTM is a turning system developed for Hb and commercial serial models. Turning mechanisms varying up to 4800 eggs have a very low energy consumption of only 12W.
Differenced to other turning systems, it is produced completely in modular construction. Ventilation and clean-up interrupters like mechanical levers, chains, stop switches, are all removed. The systems offered with special motor drive adapter don’t require maintenance and can be easily installed and removed in the working area. All TurnX carrier components are available in chrome-steel grade SS304. All linear motion motors are produced in the IPX6 protection class, and are not affected by dust and moisture.
the TurnX shelf design is a first in the world. Whole structure is curved and produced with plastic mold technology. This reduces mechanical vibrations and stresses that the eggs are exposed to. Our engine drivers for TurnX systems help reducing mechanical stress further by providing soft start and finish.
